The Hacienda La Puente Unified School District (HLPUSD) is working with the California College Guidance Initiative to provide each student with a free web-based account that will help students track his or her academic progress and identify college and university opportunities for which he or she may be qualified, both a four year institutions and community colleges.  In addition to college information, student will have access to career planning tools such as career inventories, job application and resume skills building as well as career exploration services.  This partnership will help the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District monitor and improve the programs that support your student and help gather data to study the impact of programs on student learning.  HLPUSD is one of four districts (Pomona, El Monte, HLPUSD and Desert Sands Unified) that is piloting this system for students and parents.
